On-Call Preliminary Investigation Leader for Police Region North

Police Region North is the largest region in terms of area. The region consists of the four northernmost counties in Sweden and is organized into four police areas: Jämtland, Norrbotten, Västerbotten, and Västernorrland, which together are divided into 12 local police areas. The Investigation Section in the Jämtland police area is organized into investigations for serious crimes, station commanders, on-call preliminary investigation leadership, handling of seizures, and crime coordination. Investigators who investigate serious crimes in the investigation section particularly focus on vulnerable crime victims, violence and drugs, and economic crime. The Investigation Section is responsible for qualified surveillance work and handling of covert coercive measures.
